I take the time to listen to what the client wants and adjust things to suit their needs, routines, and limitations.
Most of my clients stick with me for one simple reason: they don’t have to think about it once I’m there.
I turn up when I say I will, listen to how you want things done, and take care of the work without needing reminders, follow-ups, or babysitting.
Lawns are cut right, gardens stay under control, and the small maintenance jobs stop piling up.

If you’ve got a preference for how something’s done, I take it on board and do it that way.
You shouldn’t have to repeat yourself every visit or explain the same thing twice.

Here’s how it usually goes.

First Contact
The quickest and easiest way to get started is to send me a text or email with a few details about the job and some photos of the area that needs attention.
If you can include your location (Dubbo, Wellington, or surrounding areas) and a couple of photos of the lawn, garden, or problem area, I can usually assess the job straight away and give you a quote without needing to visit first.
Of course, you’re still welcome to call if you prefer. If I’m on the tools I may not answer straight away, but I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m free.
For commercial sites and Support at Home Program providers, I can also send through my pricing, details, and required checks upfront.

On Site
When I arrive, I’ll check in with whoever’s relevant and walk through the property with you. I ask questions, clarify expectations, and make sure we’re on the same page before I start.
If there’s something you care about, how low the grass is cut, areas to avoid, or a certain way you like things done, I take note of it so it’s done properly and consistently going forward.

Work Carried Out
I work efficiently but thoroughly, and I keep things tidy as I go. If I notice something that needs attention but wasn’t discussed, I’ll ask before doing anything extra.
If something changes, weather, access, or timing, I’ll let you know straight away rather than just guessing and hoping for the best.

Job’s done
I’ll let you know once everything’s finished, talk you through what’s been done, and flag anything worth keeping an eye on in the future. If you want to have a look, I’m happy to walk you through it.
For ongoing work, I lock in a regular schedule and send a reminder before I’m due, with the option to reschedule if needed.

Clear Boundaries, No Grey Areas
I only take on work that’s within my scope and that I’m comfortable doing safely. If something needs a licensed trade or isn’t safe to handle, I’ll say so and point you in the right direction.
I’d rather be upfront than rush a job or do something that shouldn’t be done.
